New patient? You all can take advantage of our Free Initial Assessment Offer with Tom Today!

To help us to celebrate and welcome Tom to the Engadine Physio Pilates family, for a limited time Engadine Physio Pilates will be offering FREE Initial consultations with Tom until the 20th of February.

We have recently solved the physiotherapy crisis and have had Tom recently trained up in our unique system, called the Total Care Philosophy (TCP). This approach was designed with communication and progress in mind. The TCP classifies the injury into one of five distinct phases of injury, demonstrating where you fit in the treatment cycle depending on your unique situation.

If you have any sort of body imbalance, pain, strain or severe injury, physiotherapy is likely a modality you need. Firstly, you do not need a referral to see Tom, as we are primary care practitioners.

From the expert initial assessment with Tom, he will communicate to you, your specific injury and where you fit on the TCP scale. Tom will then discuss with you your specific goals to devise a plan to improve alignment, strength, length and stability, depending on what is the cause of the problem.

We ensure that our Physiotherapists are highly trained in a wide range of disciplines, including sports, spinal and post-surgical physiotherapy.

They are trained in, but not limited to

  • Sports Physio, including Sprains, Strains and Muscle tears
  • General Orthopaedic Injuries
  • Fractures and Casting
  • Motor Vehicle Accident recovery
